It was built for the All-Star Properties, a repeat shopper of the Arkel. Cress & Lopresto Architects offered the design of the building that was seamlessly constructed by Arkel’s group. In Des Moines stands the Mercedes-Benz automotive dealership, the company’s flagship in Iowa. Koester collaborated with the Environmental Design Group in designing the project.
